– COACH FOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
One of the most important factors in developing leaders is having
an agreed-upon set of leadership qualities and a vision of what
it means to be a leader. The Sarkady Process builds the basis
for this agreed-upon goal by engaging leaders in defining their
own goals for leadership development. We then hold those leaders
to their own self-defined standard and take a stand for their
goals until they stand on their own as self-generative leaders
for life.
The commitment of the top leaders is critical to success. The
Process is most effective when it is integrated within an overall
change process. At the core, it takes one person, dedicated to
his or her own development, working with a coach, with a set of
commitments we call “Zones of Development.” We work
with you one-on-one to help you define those “Zones”
and make a bond of commitment to make it happen. |
